upload limit
I think regulating the posts a newly registered user can upload in the first 24h (to 6 for example, enough for a normal user, but still very controllable) would really help decreasing all the spam on this website. Of course, one could argue, that they could just wait, but it would surely make this website less attractive to spammers.
